We are thrilled to celebrate Faith Jenkins, La Conner Middle School 8th grader, for being named the Skagit Valley Publishing Athlete of the Week for her remarkable performance at the WIAA 2B State Track & Field Championships.
Her poise, speed, and leadership on the track embody what it means to be a Brave. As Coach Voorhees shared, “Faith showed great maturity and poise in handling the pressure and expectations.”
We are so proud to see her hard work recognized at this level. Way to go, Faith—this is just the beginning!
