• 6:30 AM – Volunteer Check‑in
• 8:00 AM – Golfer Registration
• 9:00 AM – Shotgun Start

This tournament helps us raise funds to replace aging uniform items and equipment, upgrade technology, and provide camp scholarships for our athletes. Attached, you will find both a golf flyer we ask everyone to share and a paper registration form for those who don’t register online through the flyer, which can be emailed directly to the contact listed on the form.

How Athletes & Families Can Support

1. Invite People to Play or Sponsor
Share the attached flyer with friends, family, local businesses, and community supporters. Even if they don’t golf, they can participate and make a donation as a Hole Sponsor or Team Sponsor and be recognized on hole signage and, depending on the level of sponsorship, the tournament event flyer.

2. Volunteer at the Event
We need 5–7 volunteers to help with setup, contests, check‑in, breakdown, and more. Your support makes the day run smoothly, and more hands make light work.

3. Please collect and donate items to use toward prizes and awards at the event:
We need your help by creating, gathering, or donating items suggested below, or by requesting donations from friends, family members, community supporters, talented artisans, and businesses who may be interested in supporting the event and our athletes by donating some of the items listed below as prizes and awards for the tournament.

4. Special Appeal
Create a small poster or one‑sheet to share when delivering flyers. Highlight our team’s needs — shoulder pads, tech equipment, camp scholarships — and showcase our accomplishments. Personal stories make a big impact.

Prize & Award Donation Ideas

We welcome high‑quality, creative items such as:
• Handmade goods (quilts, local or original art, woodworking, garden décor, jewelry)
• Consumables (baked goods, dessert‑of‑the‑month, jams)
• Services (car detailing, yard cleanup, haircuts, hairstyling, house cleaning, spa services)
• Themed baskets (Seahawks, Kraken, Mariners, Sounders, Storm, Torrent, UW, WSU, coffee, golf, BBQ, game night, kids’ activities)
• Experiences (restaurant gift cards, sports tickets, theater or concert tickets, fishing or boating excursions, guided hikes, cabin stays)
• Special items for sale (handmade cards, garden signs, wine stoppers)

Important:
• Used donation items are discouraged unless they are special antique/retro items.
• Please provide a list and estimated valuation of donated items.
• Alcohol prize and award donations must be handled by adults and delivered directly to Coach Melton.
• All donations due by Sunday, June 7.
