Rachel has shown exceptional dedication to her academics, our student body, school district, and community. Rachel also serves as ASB President; she leads with a can-do attitude, is a positive role model, and welcomes everyone with her beautiful smile. She has many talents and follows her passion for playing music, creating art, writing poetry, and acting in theatre productions. Rachel, we are so proud of you and your plethora of achievements!! Rachel is the daughter of Bonnie Beddall and John Haley of La Conner.
