LCSD welcomes Preston Stewart as our para-educator. Preston is a La Conner graduate, class of 2016. In fact, he has many generational family members who are La Conner Alumni. Preston also attended Skagit Valley College, Central Washington University, and is currently in college to become a K-8 teacher. He looks forward to graduating in 2023 and teaching his own students from his classroom soon.

Having this opportunity to work in the school district is a great way of learning the tools and techniques of how the daily school system works and a chance for Preston to give back to the school that helped him become the person he is today.

Preston loves to kayak, hike with his dogs, and keep current with every Seattle sports team. Preston is looking forward to seeing everyone and having a great year! We are excited to welcome Preston back to the La Conner School District family. Go Braves!
