Practices:

• First Practice, Monday, Feb 6th
• Practices will be Mon-Fri 2:45-4:45 until eligibility met, then Mon-Thurs
• Elementary Gym

Required to Practice by Thursday Feb 10th:

• Current Physical
• Signed Eligibility/Insurance/Consent/Concussion Forms. (FinalForms)

Gear Needed For Practice:

• T-shirt or sweatshirt
• Shorts or sweatpants
• Wrestling shoes (Amazon, Big 5, or Dick's Sporing Goods). You may practice without shoes but it will be a little frustrating.

Required to Compete:

• Completed physical, paperwork and fees
• 8 practices
• Paid ASB $30
• Paid Activity Fee $40
