La Conner contracts with SPARC (Skagit Preschool and Resource Center) to process referrals in the birth to age 3 group. You can contact them directly or have your family doctor refer your child to them. Their phone number is (360)416-7012.
If your child is age 3 but has not started preschool, we are happy to screen your child for any health or developmental concerns. Please contact the Special Services Director, Andy Wheeler, to set up an appointment. You can reach him by email or by phone at (360)466-3171.
